These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of TapTap Music Player, its Android application, website, premium subscription, optional coffee tips, support services and related features.
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing or using TapTap Music Player, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use TapTap Music Player and uninstall the application from your device.

TapTap Music Player is an Android application designed to make music playback controls faster and easier to access.
Depending on your device, Android version, permissions and enabled settings, TapTap Music Player may provide features including:
TapTap Music Player does not provide, host, sell or distribute music files, streaming catalogues or copyrighted songs.
The application controls media sessions, music applications or audio already available on your device.

These Terms apply whenever you use the app, website, premium features, optional purchases or support services.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install and use TapTap Music Player on compatible Android devices that you own or control.
This licence is for lawful personal use. It does not transfer ownership of the app, source code, designs, branding or intellectual property to you.
You agree to use TapTap Music Player responsibly, lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

We do not own, control or operate third-party music services, music files, playlists, streams or applications.

Some TapTap Music Player features require Android permissions or special settings access.
Depending on the features you use, this may include:
You decide whether to grant optional permissions. You can usually revoke them through Android settings.
Disabling a required permission may cause the related feature to stop working.
You must not enable TapTap permissions on a device unless you are authorised to manage that device.
Where TapTap Music Player includes an Android Accessibility Service, that service is used only for the functionality clearly disclosed inside the app and its Google Play listing.
You must review the prominent disclosure shown by the app before enabling accessibility access.
The accessibility service is not intended to collect passwords, banking details, private messages or unrelated screen content.
You may disable accessibility access at any time through Android Accessibility settings, although related TapTap controls may stop working.
TapTap Music Player may use screen-wake, lock-screen, activity-state or device-button behaviour to provide side-key playback controls.
Device manufacturers may handle side keys, lock screens and screen-wake events differently.
We do not guarantee that side-key controls will function identically on every device.
You are responsible for choosing settings that are suitable for your device and circumstances.
TapTap Music Player may interpret supported volume changes or button patterns as music-control gestures.
These may include:
Volume behaviour can differ between Android versions, phone manufacturers, connected headphones, Bluetooth devices and third-party music apps.
A gesture may occasionally fail, repeat, adjust the actual volume or produce a result different from the one expected.
Do not rely on volume-key gestures where an incorrect action could create a safety risk.
TapTap Music Player may display a popup activity over or near the lock screen where supported by Android and your device settings.
Some popup features may temporarily adjust screen behaviour or use a fixed timeout while the popup is visible.
The app attempts to restore the user's previous timeout after the popup closes. However, Android or device-specific behaviour may occasionally prevent immediate restoration.
You remain responsible for reviewing and correcting your device screen timeout through Android settings if necessary.
TapTap Premium is offered as an automatically renewing annual subscription through Google Play Billing.
The subscription provides access to premium TapTap functionality for the applicable subscription period.
The displayed annual price may currently be approximately £1.99 in the United Kingdom, but the actual price shown by Google Play at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.
The amount may vary because of:
You must review the price, billing period and renewal information displayed by Google Play before confirming the purchase.
Unless you cancel it, TapTap Premium renews automatically at the end of each annual billing period.
Google Play may charge the payment method connected to your Google Play account for each renewal.
Renewal will normally use the price and terms shown by Google Play, subject to applicable notices, consent requirements and local law.
You are responsible for:
You may cancel TapTap Premium at any time through your Google Play subscription settings.
Uninstalling TapTap Music Player does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.
You must cancel through the Google Play account used to purchase the subscription.
Unless applicable law or Google Play provides otherwise, cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while allowing premium access to continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
In some countries, different cancellation, cooling-off or prorated-refund rights may apply.
TapTap Music Player may periodically query Google Play to determine whether a valid subscription is active.
Premium access may end where:
Internet access may occasionally be required to verify the latest entitlement status.
TapTap Music Player may attempt to restore premium access by querying purchases associated with the Google Play account currently active on the device.
Restoration may fail where:
You may be asked to provide your TapTap Support ID when requesting help.
Users who previously purchased a valid TapTap lifetime premium product may continue to receive access where the purchase can be verified through Google Play.
A legacy lifetime purchase applies only to the product and Google Play account under which it was originally purchased.
We may require reasonable purchase verification before restoring access.
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.
We do not directly receive or store your full card number, bank-account details or Google Play password.

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by Google Play, your bank, your payment provider, account restrictions or incorrect payment details.
Refund rights are subject to applicable consumer law and Google Play's policies.
Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily create an automatic refund for the current billing period.
Depending on your country and circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, partial refund, immediate cancellation or other legal remedy.
Refund requests may need to be submitted through Google Play. We may also review or issue refunds where the relevant Google Play tools permit us to do so.
Nothing in these Terms removes any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Premium access is granted only when Google Play reports a qualifying purchase as successfully completed.

A pending purchase may become active later if Google Play confirms payment.
TapTap Music Player may offer optional one-time consumable coffee-tip purchases, including amounts such as:
Coffee tips are voluntary contributions intended to support ongoing TapTap development.

Coffee purchases may be consumed after completion, which allows the same product to be purchased again later.
You must review the amount displayed by Google Play before confirming a coffee purchase.
Coffee purchases are subject to Google Play's payment and refund processes and any rights available under applicable law.
If you believe that a coffee purchase was unauthorised or made by mistake, contact Google Play or contact us promptly with the relevant order information.
Do not provide your complete card number, banking password or Google password when requesting support.
We may choose to grant temporary manual premium access in selected circumstances.

Manual access is not a cash payment, does not create a refund entitlement and does not guarantee permanent access.
We may occasionally provide Google Play redeem codes, promotional access or other offers.
Unless stated otherwise:
TapTap Music Player may use a hashed device Support ID to associate a device with entitlement and support records.
Manual access or certain support records may be linked to that Support ID.
Reinstalling the app, changing devices, resetting the phone or changing Android identifiers may affect the Support ID or local entitlement data.
You are responsible for providing the correct Support ID when asking for assistance.
TapTap Music Player may use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Analytics and related Google services.
Internet access may be needed for:
Network failures may temporarily delay access checks, price loading, purchase confirmation or support functions.
We aim to display accurate product and subscription information.
However, the final product name, price, currency, tax and billing period shown by Google Play at checkout take priority over text that may be cached or displayed elsewhere in the app or website.
Do not complete a purchase unless the Google Play confirmation screen shows a price and product you accept.
We may update, modify, suspend, limit or discontinue all or part of TapTap Music Player.
Availability may be affected by:
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available forever.
We may release updates to fix bugs, improve compatibility, add features, alter designs, meet Android requirements or comply with Google Play rules.
Some updates may be required for continued access to the app or premium services.
You are responsible for installing available updates through a legitimate source such as Google Play.
TapTap Music Player depends on Android system behaviour, manufacturer customisations, media sessions, notifications, lock-screen rules and background-service restrictions.
Features may behave differently on devices from Samsung, Google, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Huawei, Motorola and other manufacturers.

We do not guarantee complete compatibility with every Android device, accessory or music application.
Do not interact with TapTap Music Player where doing so would be unsafe, unlawful or distracting.
In particular, you must not use or configure the app in a manner that distracts you while:
Use hands-free controls only where legal and safe. You remain responsible for complying with local road and safety laws.
You are responsible for backing up important information and reviewing changes made to your device settings.
While TapTap Music Player aims to manage its settings carefully, software errors, Android changes or manufacturer behaviour may cause:
You should stop using a feature if it causes an unsafe or unwanted result.
TapTap Music Player and its original components, including its:
are owned by or licensed to ITProd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party names, logos, music services and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
You may voluntarily send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about TapTap Music Player.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you permit us to use non-confidential feedback without payment or obligation to you.
Do not send confidential business information or content that you do not have the right to share.

Suspension of app access does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription. You remain responsible for cancelling through Google Play where you no longer want renewal.

We may change the app's functionality, design, product structure or technical operation.
Where a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will follow applicable law and Google Play requirements.

Your continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and provide a clear description of the issue.
We will try to resolve reasonable complaints informally.
